Thank you for supporting Loom By Rose. Each piece is carefully handmade and packaged in my Melbourne studio before being sent to you.
Processing Times
As all Loom By Rose pieces are made to order, processing times vary depending on the item. You can find the individual processing times for each product in their listing description.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders within Australia are shipped using tracked delivery services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
- Standard shipping: 2-8 business days - $10 AUD flat fee
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD
International Shipping
Loom By Rose ships internationally to selected countries.
United States
For orders shipped to the United States, Loom by Rose offers flat-rate shipping based on the total packed weight of the order.

Any applicable import duties, tariffs or customs charges will be handled by Loom by Rose. Customers should not be required to pay any additional duties, tariffs or customs charges upon delivery.
Estimated delivery time to the United States is typically 5–12 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, seasonal demand, weather events or other circumstances outside our control. In some cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.
New Zealand
$20 AUD flat fee. Free standard shipping for orders over $300 NZD
Deliveries over $1000 NZD may be subject import duty and GST, which are charged by New Zealand customs and must be paid by the recipient.
Other Destinations
We are currently working on shipping to other destinations.
International delivery times vary depending on destination, postal service and customs processing.
Tracking
All international orders are sent using tracked shipping where available.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Loom By Rose cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or charges applied by their country's customs authority.
Refer to your specific country in the list above for terms.
Refusal to pay customs fees or accept package may result in your parcel being returned to Loom By Rose. In this situation, original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been lodged with the postal carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact Loom By Rose and I will assist you in contacting the carrier and investigating the issue.
